Dr. Turki Faisal Al Rasheed was born in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, in 1954. Over the past four decades, he has built a career at the intersection of business, academia, and public service.
As the founder and chairman of Golden Grass, Inc. (established 1982), he has led initiatives in sustainable agriculture, agrochemical distribution, and environmental services tailored to arid environments.
His academic affiliations include the University of Arizona and the American University of Beirut. He is the author of several books on governance, agriculture, and Saudi development.
Dr. Al Rasheed also founded the Saudi Voter Center to promote civic engagement in the Kingdom.
